Ingredients:
5 pieces bread
125 ml fresh
milk
1 boiled egg,
slice into 10pcs
1 egg yolk, lightly
beaten
Filling Ingredients:
130 gr can
Tuna chunks in brine, well drained
130 gr carrot,
peeled n chopped into small cube
130 ml light coconut
milk
1 bay leaf
1 cm galangal
1 tbsp. Canola
oil
Grind Ingredients:
4 small cloves France shallot
2 cloves
garlic
2 pcs red
chili
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. sugar
Methods:
{ Filling: Heat the oil
in a frying-pan, sautéed the grind ingredients, add bay leaf and galangal, cook
until fragrant. Add carrot, tuna and coconut milk. Stir until mixed together.
Simmer until all the water absorbed. Set aside.
{ Preheat oven
to 180oC
{ Pour the bread
with fresh milk. Spread 1,5 tbsps of filling on the bread, add sliced boiled
eggs. Then roll the bread. Set aside.
{ Grease the
tray. Place the roll bread, seam side down on tray. Brush tops with egg.
{ Bake for 20-25
minutes or until the roll breads are golden.
{ Serve warm
