~ Tumis Cumi Telur (Stir-fry Salted Squid) ~


Hi peeps... it's been ages I didn't cook this dish... when my hubby knows that I cooked it, he's so happy... he loves it ...



Bahan-bahan « Ingredients » :
• 200gr cumi telur «200gr salted squid -> available in Laguna, Glenferrie»
• 3bh bawang putih, iris tipis « 3 gloves garlic, finely sliced »
• 5bh bawang merah, iris tipis « 5 shallots, finely sliced »
• 3bh cabe merah, iris tipis « 5 hot chilies, finely sliced »
• 1bh tomat uk.kecil « 2 cherry tomatoes »
• 1 sdt garam « 1 tsp salt »
• 1 sdt gula pasir « 1 tsp sugar »
• 2 sdm kecap manis « 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce »
• 1 sdm saus tiram « 1 tbsp oyster sauce »
• 2 lbr daun salam « 2 bay leaves »
• 2 lbr daun jeruk « 2 kafir lime leaves »
• 1 ruas laos/lengkuas, memarkan « 2cm length galagal, bruised »


Cara Membuat
« Methods » :

{ Rendam cumi dengan air hangat beberapa menit, tiriskan. Lalu goreng setengah matang. Angkat, sisihkan.
« Soaked salted squid in hot water for several minutes, drained. Then deep fry until medium, remove, drain and step aside »
{ Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah & tomat sampai harum. Tambahkan daun salam, daun jeruk, laos, garam & gula pasir.
« Stir-fry garlic, shallots & tomatoes until fragant. Add bay leaves, lime kafir leaves, galagal, salt & sugar »
{ Masukkan cumi setengah matang kedalam tumisan. Aduk hingga rata, tambahkan saus tiram & kecap manis. Aduk hingga rata, angkat & sajikan bersama nasi hangat.
« Add salted squid into stir fry. Mix well, add oyster & sweet soy sauce until absorbed, remove and serve with hot  steam rice »
