very hot for 3 days… Have an idea to make ‘Es Teler’…. Hhhhmmmmm…such a
heavenly heat remedy…

Ingredients:
2
pcs avocado, chopped in small square
1
can of jackfruit, chopped in small square
1 small pack nata de coco
200
gr young coconut slice
25 gr tapioca flakes (biji delima), boiled
400
ml fresh milk
50
ml sweetened condensed milk
300
gr sugar
300
ml water
5
pcs pandan leaves
Shaved
ice
How to make:
{ Heat
300 ml water and pandan leaves to boiling, reduce water until 100ml than add
the sugar (Pandan Syrup).
{ Cook
tapioca flakes to boiling, drained and step aside.
{ Arrange
avocados, jackfruits, nata de coco, young coconuts, tapioca flakes in bowl, then pour milk
and shaved ice over it.
Ready to be served for 4-5 people
